Case study: Global Healthcare Company – culture change programme 2011-2012

Working with the top 200 leaders we facilitated two, three day modular workshops to support the leaders in helping to bring about an organisational cultural shift over eighteen months.

Key areas that were covered were linking strategy and behaviours, creating a compelling vision, using storytelling to bring positive behaviour to life, peer coaching and developing high performance teams. Learning tools included: business simulations; practical models for developing personal strategy and visions, coaching process and input from a strategy professor at the London Business School.

Key outcomes were:

  • a common language to help them navigate the changes that needed to happen,
  • a set of tools to support them in their actions
  • individual personal plans to support their development.
