Individual Coaching

I work with leaders and professionals who want space to think clearly, grow intentionally and navigate complexity with greater confidence and impact. My coaching combines psychological insight, behavioural diagnostics and thoughtful, human‑centred challenge to help individuals understand how they lead, where they get stuck and what enables them to perform at their best. Whether supporting emerging leaders, senior executives or those stepping into greater visibility, I create reflective, high‑trust spaces where people feel seen, heard and able to explore mindset, behaviour and identity.

Neurodivergent Professionals

Supporting leaders and professionals  (particularly those with ADHD, autism or dyslexia) seeking practical strategies, confidence and support to thrive in demanding environments.

Clients often include:

  • Neurodivergent leaders seeking clarity and confidence - supporting neurodivergent leaders who experienced overwhelm and self‑doubt in fast‑paced environments.

  • Professionals wanting better structure and communication - supporting those who find prioritisation, organisation and stakeholder communication challenging.

  • Professionals and leaders who need to strengthen their identity and voice to enable them to feel more empowered.

Case study: Technology Sector - Supported neurodivergent professionals thrive with confidence and clarity.

In the role of executive coach I supported a neurodivergent project manager in the technology sector who was struggling with information processing, communication and confidence in senior forums. I found I could draw on her lived experience of dyslexia and my specialist neurodiversity coaching work to create a safe, non‑judgemental space for exploration.

Using psychometrics, cognitive‑behavioural coaching and practical strategies, I helped him understand his strengths, regulate pressure points and develop approaches for memory, organisation and communication. Over five months we worked together, he built confidence in articulating his needs and began leveraging his creativity and problem‑solving strengths. HIs colleagues noticed clearer communication, stronger collaboration and a more assured presence.

Passionate about  partnering  with:

  • Senior female leaders transitioning to a broader roles- particularly stepping into a wider strategic remit.

  • Female leaders navigating imposter feelings, often when working in a male oriented  or dominated environments.

Case study: Media - Empowering women to lead with authenticity, confidence and impact.

Over 18 months I partnered with  a female director in a global media organisation  navigating increased responsibility, imposter feelings and the pressure of being one of few women at her level. I drew on my extensive experience coaching emerging female leaders at BBC Studios and facilitating inclusive leadership programmes. I created a reflective, psychologically safe space where the client could explore her leadership identity, challenge limiting beliefs and reconnect with her strengths.

Over time, she reported greater clarity, resilience and a more grounded presence. Colleagues noticed stronger communication, clearer boundaries and a more assured leadership style.
