My career has always been shaped by a deep curiosity about people — how they think, how they lead, and what helps them thrive. That curiosity led me into occupational psychology, where I have spent my career working with leaders and organisations undergoing change, growth and pressure. My early roles across global corporates, public services and creative industries taught me how culture, systems and human behaviour intersect. Alongside this, I have found my lived experience of dyslexia has given me a personal understanding of what it means to navigate environments not designed for every mind. This fuelled my commitment to inclusion and psychological safety.

Today, after 30 years of international and national experience, I believe I bring a blend of psychological depth and human insight to my work at Prime Partnership UK. I coach clients and consult with organisations at pivotal moments. I support those who are stepping into bigger roles, rebuild individual or team confidence and coach those who are navigating growing personal or organisational complexity. My style is calm, reflective and quietly challenging, creating spaces where clients can pause, think deeply and explore the patterns shaping their behaviour and/or performance.

 

I am particularly drawn to work that supports neurodivergent adults, women in leadership and clients working across cultures, helping them build clarity, resilience and authentic confidence in demanding environments.

Looking ahead, I am committed to continuing to develop working practices that strengthen inclusive leadership and transform organisations through the growth of each individual. I aim to deepen Prime Partnership's impact by championing psychological insight, human‑centred leadership and environments where diverse thinkers can thrive. My focus continues to be shaping systems that evolve because clients understand themselves more fully — creating cultures defined by clarity, courage and genuine human connection.
